Clock-in Installation Instructions
How to Install Clock-In App:
Download the APK from this page.
Open the APK file. If your phone asks, enable Install from Unknown Sources.
Complete the installation.
Open the app and enter your File No. to clock-in.
You’re ready to clock in.
After downloading and installing the Clock-In app:
- Open your phone settings and allow the app access to your Location and Camera (ensure both are turned on).
- Turn on your Wi-Fi , turn off your Mobile network and connect to ESUT Clock-In Wi-Fi at any of the following locations or where you can see ESUT Clock-In Wi-Fi:
- Special clinic
- Maternity / ANC
- School of Nursing
- School of Midwifery
- Main Theatre
- Radiology
- Administrative block
- Open the Clock-In app.
- Enter
your File Number in the following format:
esutthp/pf your number e.g. ESUTTHP/PF456 and is not case sensitive - Click Clock In and position your face properly to clock in
- Follow same step to clock-out.
Note:
a. From our experience today, only enrolled staff can successfully clock in. If you have not been enrolled, you will not be able to use the app.
b. You have to delete / uninstall the old TimeMetric App.
c. You must connect to the ESUT CLOCK-IN Wi-Fi to access and use the application.
