Clock-in Installation Instructions

Our Android version of the clock-in app is now back and fully functional. Staff can now clock in using either their phone number or ID number.
Please note:
you are required to delete the previously installed APK (clock-in software) and install the updated version using the button.
Clock-In App Installation & Usage Guide
Kindly follow the steps below to install the updated clock-in app and complete your Clock-In;
1. Uninstall any previously installed APK (clock-in software) from your Phone.
2. Download and install the updated APK/ Clock-in App A by clicking the button:
3. Ensure you are within close range of any ESUTTH clock-in network to enable proper connection.
4. Turn on your Wi-Fi and connect to the ESUTTH clock-in network.
5. Ensure your device location (GPS) is turned on.
6. Open the installed app and click “Continue.”
7. When prompted to allow Timemetric access to your device’s location, proceed accordingly by Selecting “Precise location” and choose “While using the app.”
8. Click “OK” to confirm.
9. Select “Clock In” or “Clock Out.”
10. Enter either your phone number or hospital staff ID.
11. Position your face properly within the capture frame; submission will occur automatically.
Important Notice:You do not need to cluster around the clock-in desktop at Admin. Additional desktops are
available at Special Clinics, Radiology, Theatre, and two (2) at the Admin Block, accessible 24/7.
Please Note:
i. Submit your duty or call duty roster for the next month on or before the 15th of the current month (the format has already been shared).
ii. Should you encounter any issues while installing the software, kindly visit the ICT office for assistance.
